Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers visiting the service centre in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle incoming calls, customer enquiries and service appointment bookings.
• Register customers and vehicles upon arrival and ensure relevant customer information is accurately recorded.
• Coordinate customer appointments and manage the daily service reception schedule.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or department when required.
• Attend to customers regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance and basic repair requirements.
• Understand customer concerns and record vehicle complaints or service requests accurately.
• Prepare and assist with service documentation, job orders and other related paperwork.
• Provide customers with information on recommended service, estimated completion time and service progress.
• Liaise with technicians and relevant departments to monitor the progress of vehicles under service.
