Job summary

GOH BROTHERS MOTOR (DIDI) SDN. BHD in Ipoh is seeking a Service Advisor for Proton Silibin. You will greet customers, understand issues, and advise on services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.

You will also prepare cost estimates, schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers informed throughout the service process. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Sound technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient in computer skills, including the use of automotive software and systems.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
