Job summary

AutoWorld Asia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring an automotive service advisor to advise appropriate service and repair requirements to meet customer needs. The role involves providing clear estimations for insurance claims and submitting claims via the Merimen system.

You will liaise with insurance providers on motor claims, monitor job progress, update customers on repair status, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards while maintaining CSI targets.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency for recording and tracking service orders.
• Prior experience as an automotive service advisor can be beneficial.
• Certified by Honda Malaysia as B&P service advisor will be an added advantage
