Job summary

AUTOFIN ASSOCIATES (JOHORE) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Service Manager to ensure smooth operations of our Service department at our Proton 3S dealership.

You will lead and manage the team, establish premium service standards, and oversee efficient service delivery to our customers. The role requires monitoring performance, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be responsible for the smooth opertions of our Service department for a heightened level of customer satisfation.

Lead and manage the service department

Establish and oversee premium service standards and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.

Monitor and evaluate the service team's performance

Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests, work orders and documentation, maintaing high attention to detail quality

Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase service efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior managemenet on service performance and improvement initiatives.
