Qualifikationen

• SKM/MLVK certificate or diploma in automotive engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in commercial vehicle motor insurance claims preferred.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Aufgaben

• Attend to customers and dealers for accident repair cases, issue Repair Orders and prepare repair cost estimates.
• Manage insurance claim documentation and liaise with insurers, adjusters and customers for approvals.
• Coordinate workshop operations and monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and quality.
• Prepare spare parts orders and coordinate delivery to mechanics and vendors.
• Verify RO and supporting documents for taxation invoicing.
• Manage sales billing, invoicing and debtor collection.
• Provide dealer support and assist in nationwide operations expansion of MRC services.
• Monitor outsourced repair works, including vendor charges, delivery, quantity and quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of repair performance.

To manage accident vehicle repair operations, insurance claims and dealer support activities, ensuring timely repairs, accurate documentation, efficient parts coordination and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to customers and dealers for accident repair cases, issue Repair Orders (RO) and prepare repair cost estimates.

Manage insurance claim documentation and liaise with insurance companies, adjusters, customers and relevant parties for approval.

Coordinate workshop operations and monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

Prepare spare parts orders and coordinate the timely delivery of parts to mechanics, vendors and contractors.

Monitor outsourced repair works, including vendor charges, delivery, quantity and quality.

Verify completed Repair Orders and supporting documents for tax invoicing.

Manage sales billing, invoicing, debtor collection and monthly vehicle repair performance reports.

Support nationwide dealer operations and the expansion of MRC services.

Requirements

SKM/MLVK Certificate, Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.

1–3 years of relevant working experience.

Preferably experienced in commercial vehicle motor insurance claims.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Independent, enthusiastic and able to work with minimal supervision.
