Job summary

Arvion Services in Sungai Buloh, Malaysia, is seeking a Junior Executive - Consultant to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, ensuring reliability and safety. You will inspect issues, recommend repairs, and complete work to high standards in a fast-paced workshop.

The role covers routine maintenance, diagnostic testing, and accurate cost/time estimates, with emphasis on documenting repairs and advising customers on care.

Qualifications

• MLVK Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive car repair experience.
• Valid driving license is compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of automotive after-sales and car repair.
• Familiar with car workshop workflows and repair processes.
• Experienced in using automotive machinery, equipment, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect engine, mechanical and electrical components to diagnose issues.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults and functionality issues.
• Identify Body & Paint-related issues during check-in and pre-inspection.
• Prepare technical reports with comments on vehicle issues.
• Inspect engines, transmissions, machines, and other components.
• Carry out routine maintenance, including fluid replacement and lubrication.
• Conduct test drives for troubleshooting and verification.
• Repair, replace, or rectify damaged parts.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair cost and time.
• Recommend future maintenance and advise customers on vehicle care.

We are looking for an Junior Executive - Consultant to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure maximum reliability, safety, and functionality. You will also be responsible for identifying vehicle issues during inspection, recommending repair procedures, and ensuring all repair work is completed to the required standards.

What Will You Do:
