Job summary

Tan Chong Group is seeking a capable administrator to manage accident vehicle repair operations, insurance claims and dealer support. You will oversee RO issuance, repair cost estimates, and ensure timely, compliant processes across workshop and dealer networks.

Ideal candidates have automotive/insurance background, 1–3 years' experience, and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in MS Office and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant automotive or insurance operations knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and dealers for accident repair cases, issue RO and prepare repair cost estimates.
• Manage insurance claim documentation and liaise with insurance companies, adjusters, customers and relevant parties for approval.
• Coordinate workshop operations and monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
• Prepare spare parts orders and coordinate timely delivery of parts to mechanics, vendors and contractors.
• Monitor outsourced repair works, including vendor charges, delivery, quantity and quality.
• Verify completed RO and supporting documents for tax invoicing.
• Manage sales billing, invoicing, debtor collection and monthly vehicle repair performance reports.
• Support nationwide dealer operations and the expansion of MRC services.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Independent, enthusiastic and able to work with minimal supervision.
