Job summary

TAN CHONG INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated professional to manage accident repair operations, insurance claims, and dealer support activities. You will ensure timely repairs, accurate documentation, and smooth parts coordination to maintain high customer satisfaction.

The role requires handling Repair Orders, estimating repair costs, and coordinating with insurance companies, adjusters and dealers. Join us to support nationwide dealer operations and MRC services expansion.

Qualifications

• SKM/MLVK certificate or diploma in automotive engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in commercial vehicle motor insurance claims preferred.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and dealers for accident repair cases, issue Repair Orders and prepare repair cost estimates.
• Manage insurance claim documentation and liaise with insurers, adjusters and customers for approvals.
• Coordinate workshop operations and monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and quality.
• Prepare spare parts orders and coordinate delivery to mechanics and vendors.
• Verify RO and supporting documents for taxation invoicing.
• Manage sales billing, invoicing and debtor collection.
• Provide dealer support and assist in nationwide operations expansion of MRC services.
• Monitor outsourced repair works, including vendor charges, delivery, quantity and quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of repair performance.
