Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service advisory or related field.
• Basic automotive technical knowledge.

• Positive attitude, teamwork and willingness to learn.

• Work with the workshop team to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Tiger Shoji is an established automotive service company in Malaysia, providing vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and comprehensive automotive solutions since 2012.

We are expanding our operations and looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our new Seremban 2 branch.

This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team and contribute to the success of a brand-new workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.

1. Tiger Shoji Sdn. Bhd. is the subsidiary company from our parent company based in Kyoto, Japan named Matsushima Holdings, has been established since 18th April 2013.

2. Our parent company, Matsushima Holdings is the authorized dealer for some continental cars such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Mini, Volvo and Japanese-branded car such as Mazda and Suzuki.

3. Matsushima Holdings also has been exporting cars to all over the world including Malaysia, and the numbers of exported cars to Malaysia yearly is approximately around 1000 to 1500 units per year.

4. However, until now there is no after sales service being done in Malaysia for those exported cars.

That is one of the main reason why we established the car service center here in Malaysia, to contribute our service strength for those exported cars.

5. We would like to offer the customers our excellent technique and world class service brought out directly from Japan.
