Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in automotive service, workshop front desk, or a related customer-facing role.
- Certificate or diploma in automotive studies, technical training, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and common maintenance tasks.
- Experience with appointment systems, invoicing, and parts ordering or inventory tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using point-of-sale or workshop management software.
Soft Skills & Qualities
- Clear verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Patient, organised, and customer-focused with good record-keeping habits.
