Job summary

Allegiance Malaysia is seeking a Workshop Service Advisor for Heavy Automotive. You will communicate service recommendations to customers, follow up promptly, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure repairs are completed correctly.

You will conduct final inspections and vehicle handovers, gather customer feedback, and work with backend teams to resolve faults. Requirements: at least 2 years in a related field, and basic customer service, automotive knowledge, and computers.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: Primary/Secondary/SPM or equivalent.
• Professional certification in any field is acceptable.
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate service recommendations to customers.
• Follow up with customers promptly.
• Coordinate with workshop to ensure repairs are completed correctly and avoid return jobs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to meet CSAT targets.
• Capture customer feedback and relay it to backend to address faults.
• Conduct final inspection and vehicle handover.

Workshop Service Advisor (Heavy Automotive)

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended relating to their vehicles
• Follow up with customer promptly
• Work closely with workshop to ensure that customers' vehicle are repaired and without return job
• Able to communicate well with customers and meet monthly customer satisfactory index
• Ensure customer's feedback is taken in accurately and work with backend team to tackle technical faults of the vehicles
• Conducting final inspection and vehicle handover

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certified in any field
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): knowledge of dealing with customer, basic knowledge of commercial automotive technique, basic computer skills.
