Job summary

Morry Labs Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a customer service advisor to support Jora Malaysia operations. You will provide professional advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs, build relationships with customers, and understand their service needs to recommend suitable products and services.

You will follow up with customers, coordinate with technicians, and help achieve workshop sales and customer satisfaction targets while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
