Job summary

CARWORLD AUTO SERVICE CENTRE SDN BHD is seeking a Service Advisor in Kuala Lumpur to understand customers' vehicle service and repair needs and to advise on proper solutions.

You will prepare quotes, explain repair requirements clearly, coordinate with technicians, update customers on progress, and strive to hit monthly sales and customer-satisfaction targets while maintaining professional service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop/service centre.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
