Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction and team coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with focus on high-quality service.
• Good working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes, parts and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers; provide professional and friendly service.

• Prepare estimated service and repair costs.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome customers, providing a professional and friendly service experience
