Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in construction materials sales, preferably in waterproofing, roofing, or building envelope systems.
• Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, roofing technologies, or protective coatings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, actively implement, and manage the sales pipeline through all stages from prospects to repeat business.
• Execute prospecting activities via site visits, calls, emails, and industry events.
• Present sales strategies and analyses for identified project opportunities to the Sales Manager.
• Conduct discovery of customer and stakeholder decision-making processes pre- and post-sale.
• Lead commercial negotiations for optimal pricing and contract terms.
• Optimize marketing initiatives for cost-efficient use of budgets.
• Maintain accurate sales and project records in the CRM/XRM system.
• Act as primary contact for clients, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with project teams, site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Participate in site inspections to assess waterproofing requirements and compliance.
• Ensure safety protocols during site inspections and adherence to regulations.
• Coordinate cross-departmental needs across the sales cycle for supply and execution.
• Stay informed on industry developments and waterproofing technologies.
