Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience managing hardware dealers, distributors, or B2B trade customers is preferred.
• Waterproofing product knowledge is an advantage but training will be provided.
• Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to explain technical product features and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
• Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand sales through hardware dealers, distributors, and trade customers.
• Manage and grow existing dealer accounts by maintaining strong business relationships and visiting customers.
• Promote waterproofing products and introduce new products to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and product knowledge training for dealers, retailers, and customers.
• Provide technical advice and recommend suitable waterproofing products based on customer requirements.
• Support dealers with product enquiries, pricing, quotations, and order follow-up.
• Assist customers in resolving basic product application issues and coordinate with the technical team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and market updates.
• Participate in exhibitions, dealer events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
