Job summary

Hydroleap is expanding its Malaysia sales footprint, recruiting a Senior Sales Executive to own end-to-end deals in industrial water and wastewater solutions. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will build a local pipeline, engage senior client stakeholders, and collaborate with BD and engineering teams to translate requirements into winning proposals.

You will target industrial, municipal, data centre, and FMCG sectors, travel within Malaysia, and exceed revenue targets in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience selling water or wastewater treatment solutions or related environmental/industrial tech.
• Established professional network within industrial, municipal, manufacturing, data centre, FMCG sectors in Malaysia.
• Ability to independently manage complex, high-value, technical sales cycles.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for the Malaysia market from lead generation to contract close.
• Develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies for Malaysia with BD/marketing teams.
• Build and manage a pipeline across industrial, municipal, manufacturing, data centre, FMCG sectors needing water treatment solutions.
• Meet and exceed senior-level sales targets and regional revenue objectives.
• Pursue and win new business, expanding Hydroleap's client base and revenue in Malaysia.
• Prepare and write technical proposals with solutioning/engineering teams.
• Represent Hydroleap at industry events, client meetings, and site visits across Malaysia.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales data.
