Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Address inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or transportation.
• Ensure warehouse operates at peak efficiency and safety standards.
• Train and manage a warehouse team to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Review workflows, space allocations, and action plans for productivity.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space including layout and capacity planning.
• Produce timely reports to track production progress.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies.
• Continuously improve service level, speed of work, and cost effectiveness.
