Job summary

Seego Digital Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Kajang to oversee daily warehouse operations, staff allocation, and training. You will design workflows, maintain KPIs for inbound/outbound, inventory, and customer service, and coordinate with ERP/WMS implementations.

Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, while teamwork and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College degree or above
• Familiar with office equipment operation
• Specialized in logistics management, warehouse management, etc.
• Good English and Mandarin skills
• Able to independently solve problems with strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Team player who can actively integrate into the team
• Reliable, proactive, and cheerful
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead warehouse workflows, ensure the operational KPIs of outbound, inbound, inventory, and customer service are met
• Optimize warehouse efficiency, coordinate daily customer needs, resolve customer complaints
• Ensure the accuracy of warehouse accounts and warehouse operations
• Ensure the physical security of the warehouse, equipment, and goods
• Maintain local social relationships around the warehouse, such as with landlords, property management, and courier companies
• Eliminate operational failures and provide early warnings of warehouse operation risks
• Propose ERP and WMS system optimization suggestions and assist in the implementation of ERP and WMS systems
