Job summary

Yee Lee Corporation Bhd invites an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Kuching. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping while ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Lead and train staff, monitor performance, enforce safety, and maintain a clean, organized workplace. You will drive process improvements, support WMS adoption, keep records, and collaborate with procurement, logistics and customer service to ensure smooth

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration or related field.
At least 3 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
At least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
Familiar with WMS, inventory software and barcode/RFID scanning.
Proven track record in team management, safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Monitor stock levels, perform stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
Lead, train and supervise warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
Enforce safety and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
Support rollout of WMS, barcode scanning and related technologies.
Keep accurate records and prepare operational reports for management.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements and regulations.
