Job summary

Nexperia is seeking an experienced Site IT Operations specialist to own and support warehouse technology across assigned locations. You will maintain RF/barcode devices, printers, and peripherals, ensure network connectivity, and drive incident resolution with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on, on-site work in warehouse environments in Shah Alam. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Engineering and 5+ years in related ops roles, with strong knowledge of Windows, WAN/LAN,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in site IT operations, infrastructure support or similar operational roles.
Hands-on experience supporting warehouse, logistics, manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Own and support day-to-day site IT infrastructure and warehouse technology operations.
Maintain RF scanners, barcode scanners, Zebra/Honeywell handhelds, printers and related peripherals.
Troubleshoot, configure, test, and support warehouse devices and endpoint equipment.
Support warehouse LAN, WLAN, cabling, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi coverage in coordination with Global IT.
Investigate and resolve incidents affecting warehouse operations (scanning, printing, login, network access).
Perform regular operational checks for device readiness and application availability.
Maintain asset records, inventory, and runbooks; update handover docs.
Coordinate vendor support for warranty, repair and lifecycle management.
Collaborate across Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network and warehouse ops to resolve issues end-to-end.
Assist patching, vulnerability remediation, access control, and business continuity readiness.
