Qualifications

• About 5 years of experience in warehouse operation or a similar logistics environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Possession of a forklift safety certificate is strongly preferred; renewal encouraged.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to correctly enter cargo data, including date code, batch, revision, and COO into E-Logbook for inventory control.
• Ensure daily orders are processed correctly and transferred on time to meet KPI.
• Supervise the quarterly scrap program to complete on schedule.
• Monitor daily cycle count and annual physical count progress for stock accuracy.
• Oversee daily shipment releases to truckers and ensure compliance with revenue recognition rules.
