Job summary

Advanced Energy Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations across Receiving, Storage/Putaway, WO Kitting, Inter‑Site Shipments and Inventory accuracy. You will ensure timely transactions, accurate putaway, and on‑time supply of WO material kits to production, while monitoring workforce performance and enforcing safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of warehouse supervision, strong SAP/WMS experience, and a Bachelor in Production/Operations

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of warehouse supervisor experience.
• Experience with SAP, WMS and MRP systems is mandatory.
• Ability to lead 60-100 Material Handlers and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations of assigned team and ensures quality output.
• Improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy and workforce efficiency.
• Collaborate across functions and sites; monitor KPIs and safety policies.
