About the Role
We are currently hiring on behalf of a technology and operations solutions company supporting large‑scale data center infrastructure, enterprise operations, and digital environments across Asia. The organization works with global clients to deliver reliable asset management, warehouse operations, and operational excellence in mission‑critical environments.
This role focuses on asset and inventory management, supporting the day‑to‑day warehouse, logistics, and asset lifecycle operations within a fast‑paced data center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and equipment, conduct inspections, and accurately register inventory within the inventory management system
- Perform order picking, sorting, and outbound shipment preparation based on operational procedures
- Organize, classify, and store inventory efficiently to maximize warehouse space utilization and retrieval efficiency
- Maintain and update inventory records, logs, documentation, and warehouse management systems
- Manage the full lifecycle of equipment, including maintenance coordination, asset depreciation tracking, and decommissioning processes
- Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, including returns and repair coordination
- Support inventory audits, stocktaking activities, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics providers and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Monitor and report asset‑related incidents and analyze discrepancies between physical inventory, system records, and financial records

Job Requirements
- Candidates with valid local identification and legal work authorization in Malaysia
- Diploma or higher educational qualification
- Proficient in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking colleagues and customers (Required)
- Prior experience in warehouse management, asset management, logistics, or IDC/Data Center‑related operations is preferred
- Knowledge of IDC facilities, infrastructure, or equipment is an advantage
- Familiar with data center hardware such as servers and network devices is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and execution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt within fast‑paced operational environments
- Strong multitasking and coordination abilities
