At our core is an 13,000+ strong international network with a singular focus. Built on passion and commitment to our work, belief in our goals and a drive to succeed regardless of the challenges we face. We support, reward and challenge individuals equally, in a dynamic and energetic environment.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide operational ownership and hands-on support for site infrastructure and warehouse technology services. The role is responsible for keeping warehouse and logistics technology stable, available, secure, supportable, and fit for daily business operations.

This is an operations-focused role. The position may support new site readiness or technology changes when required, but the main accountability is ongoing site operations, incident resolution, preventive checks, lifecycle support, vendor follow-up, documentation, and continuous improvement after systems are in production.

What Will You Do
  • Own and support day-to-day site IT infrastructure and warehouse technology operations for assigned warehouse / logistics locations.
  • Maintain operational stability of RF scanners, barcode scanners, Zebra / Honeywell handhelds, label printers, mobile devices, warehouse kiosks, shared terminals, laptops, desktops, industrial workstations, and related peripherals.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, replacement, staging, configuration, testing, and support for warehouse devices and endpoint equipment.
  • Support warehouse LAN, WLAN, cabling, patching, switch ports, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi coverage, RF scanner roaming, connectivity, and performance issues in coordination with Global IT and Network teams.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents affecting warehouse operations, including scanning, label printing, device login, authentication, wireless connectivity, network access, application access, and performance issues.
  • Perform regular operational checks to validate device readiness, network connectivity, printing, scanning, login, and warehouse application availability.
  • Maintain asset records, device inventory, configuration information, support procedures, operational runbooks, known-issue lists, and handover documentation.
  • Coordinate vendor support for warranty, repair, replacement, maintenance, service quality, hardware lifecycle, and recurring issue follow-up.
  • Work with Service Desk, EUS, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Application, warehouse operations, and site stakeholders to drive end-to-end resolution of operational issues.
  • Support patching, vulnerability remediation, access control, compliance, business continuity readiness, and other IT governance activities for warehouse technology services.
  • Identify recurring problems and drive preventive actions, service improvements, standardization, and reliability improvements for warehouse operations.
  • Participate in onsite, after-hours, on-call, or business-critical support when required to maintain warehouse operational continuity.
What Will You Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site IT operations, infrastructure support, end-user technology support, warehouse technology support, manufacturing IT support, or similar operational roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution center, or industrial operating environments is strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience supporting RF scanners, barcode scanners, Zebra / Honeywell handhelds, label printers, shared terminals, mobile devices, warehouse workstations, and related peripherals.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows laptop / desktop support, endpoint troubleshooting, user configuration, device staging, hardware break / fix, and operational support processes.
  • Working understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, cabling, patching, site connectivity, Wi-Fi coverage, and wireless troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to WMS, SAP warehouse / logistics processes, label printing solutions, RFID, or industrial mobility technologies will be an advantage.
  • Strong incident management, root cause analysis, documentation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Hands-on, practical, service-oriented, and comfortable working onsite in warehouse and logistics environments.
  • Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with regional / global IT teams, vendors, and business operations stakeholders.
