Job summary

Maybank is seeking a Virtualization Engineer to deploy, monitor, and manage inventory for virtualization infrastructure. You will ensure 24/7 system availability and maintain hardware/software under active support, applying ITSEC guidelines for protection.

You will work with Nutanix, VMware, Windows servers, and storage hardware, collaborating with security and IT teams to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience with Nutanix and Cisco hardware and software.
• 6-10 years of experience with VMware, Microsoft Windows, and HP hardware.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, manage and maintain inventory for all physical hardware and software used for virtualization environments.
• Ensure the virtualization system runs 24/7 and remains in active maintenance support.
• Follow IT security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect system integrity.
