Job summary

Celestica Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and support Intel/VMware/Windows servers within the Celestica global server environment. You will install, maintain, upgrade, and continually improve virtual infrastructures, ensuring reliability, performance and security.

Responsibilities include incident response, design, deployment and testing of server operating systems, storage, and related hardware.

Qualifications

• > Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in a similar role
• - SME for VMware and Windows Server architecture and operations
• - Experience with enterprise storage and virtualization environments
• - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and technical teams
• - Proactive in incident response, problem management and change control

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 2/3 escalation and resolve incidents efficiently
• Respond to ServiceNow tickets in Intel/AD queues
• Architect and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 enterprise apps and databases
• Design and maintain enterprise storage solutions for Windows server apps
• Coordinate with vendors and service teams to troubleshoot and improve infra
• Perform server performance tuning and security hardening
• Assist application teams with deployment, tuning, and monitoring
