Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a VDI Systems Integration Advisor in Malaysia to deliver robust and stable VDI and App Delivery solutions for enterprise clients. The role requires hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware and MS Hyper‑V, strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

You will assess complex requirements, develop repeatable standards, support 24/7 on‑call incidents and ensure documentation and ITIL practices are followed. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure implementation experience.
• 5+ years of engineering and/or support in VMware, Microsoft and Citrix.
• Advanced and proven Omnissa Horizon experience (OCA-H).
• 3+ years with Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Networking, AD and profile management.

Responsibilities

• Support escalated incidents across lower support levels.
• Manage alerts and respond to server outages and critical issues.
• Assess and implement complex VDI / App Delivery projects.
• Support Citrix, VMware and MS Hyper‑V configurations and standards.
• Interact with clients and account managers to support complex environments.
• Develop repeatable standards and ensure product quality.
• Create and maintain support documents and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation and adhere to ITIL processes.
