Job summary

The Access Group is seeking a Senior Citrix Engineer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves ensuring the availability and performance of Citrix services and requires strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Windows Server, and RDS. As part of a globally distributed team, the candidate should possess advanced troubleshooting skills and be comfortable in a 24x7 operations environment. Flexible working from home is available, with a monthly shift rotation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior / Level 3 Citrix Engineer supporting enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and RDS.
• Solid experience administering Citrix ADC / NetScaler, including Gateway services.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the server, RDS, and Citrix estate, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Install, configure, and provide advanced support for Citrix and RDS platforms.
• Drive service stability, efficiency, and automation through continuous improvement initiatives.
