Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Certifications such as NICE Engage NCSE, NICE Engage NCIE, and other listed certifications.
• Experience handling technical implementations and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Owns larger portions of an installation and break/fix incidents with low to medium complexity.
• Resolves problems and troubleshoots during project lifecycle.
• Escalates complex issues to third parties when needed.
• Documents standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover.
• Maintains project administration and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Delivers elementary presentations within the customer’s organization.
• Learns from senior resources and takes guidance on relevant technologies.
