• Must have knowledge on end-user computing devices (laptops/desktops/VDI).
• Ability to provide technical support over the phone.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience resolving customer issues related to infrastructure.
• Assist with support of network connectivity, PCs, and VPN connectivity.
• Experience with Remote Desktop Client software.
• Ability to resolve issues and provide workarounds.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify solutions.
• Maintain high customer/end-user satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues for desktops and laptops.
• Experience with Active Directory and desktop engineering.
