Job summary

Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Training Coordinator to develop and implement employee development programs. You will oversee LMS-based learning, track training records, and support ISO 9001/14001/45001 initiatives while aligning with organizational goals.

You will analyze training needs, manage budget, and collaborate with internal teams and partner institutes to drive continuous improvement in learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, management, HR or related field.
• Experience in training or L&D is preferred.
• Familiar with LMS and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support upgrading employee skills across the organization.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs to meet needs.
• Maintain training records and budget monitoring.
• Support ISO standards implementation and training-related schemes.
• Conduct training needs analysis and prepare training reports.
