Job summary

Tenpower is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the development and delivery of training programs across the organization in Banting, Selangor. You will coordinate internal and external training activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves conducting training needs analysis, maintaining induction content, planning the annual training calendar, and tracking certifications, while working with vendors and management.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in HR/LD or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in in-house and external training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels.
• Verbal and written communication in Malay and English; Mandarin preferred.
• Experience using HRDCorp system for registrations and claims.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and facilitating all training activities, internal and external.
• Conduct training needs analysis to close competency gaps.
• Update induction contents aligned with all level departments.
• Conduct training for various departments when needed.
• Maintain training assessment records.
• Ensure training programs comply with HRDCorp regulations and statutory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and reports.
• Coordinate with external training providers, vendors, and consultants.
• Plan and manage the annual training calendar.
• Track employee certifications and schedule recertifications.
