Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. invites a Senior Training Officer to lead the development and delivery of employee training programs at its Kulim Hi-Tech Park site in Kedah. You will plan, organize, and coordinate learning initiatives, ensuring ISO standards compliance and effective use of LMS platforms.
The role requires 3+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication, planning, and data analysis skills to drive continuous improvement and training effectiveness.
This is a Senior Training Officer position supporting organizational needs in upgrading the skills of all employees at Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
Key responsibilities
Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs to meet organizational needs and implement suitable learning methodologies for employees
Support the implementation of all ISO standards (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) and any future management systems adopted by the company
Conduct Training Needs Analysis to close the employee competency gap effectively
Ensure all training & assessment records for all employees are well maintained and managed
Analyze, propose, and implement continual improvement from the results of all evaluations on training effectiveness
Assist to upkeep, monitor, advise and control training budget as per planned and executed
Ensure timely PSMB application, training expenses reimbursement and any future training schemes adopted by the company
Provide daily administration and support for training systems and proactively initiate continual system enhancements
Manage and conduct orientation for new employees
Data Analysis and preparation of Training Report
About you
Minimum 3 years of working experience
A recognized Degree, preferably in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Social Science, Training, or equivalent
Preferably knowledgeable in PSMB Acts, guidelines, and schemes
Well-versed in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills including writing, feedback, meeting, presentation skills, handling audit, and report preparation
Good in organizing, planning, problem-solving, and able to work independently
Critical thinking skills for effective training program development and analytical skills to perform effective training data analysis
Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) and e-Learning platforms will be an added advantage
