Job summary

Sime Darby Property is seeking a capable professional to oversee handover processes from pre-handover to physical handover in line with the SOP. You will coordinate with architects, consultants and purchasers, ensuring documents, keys, and defect reports are properly managed.

The role emphasizes maintaining township facilities, addressing purchaser concerns, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth handovers and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Construction Management/Project Management or related field.
• Experience in handover, project management or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Manage handover from pre-handover to physical handover per SOP.
• Schedule key handovers and update handover schedules.
• Liaise with project maintenance on handover date.
• Prepare handover kit and documents.
• Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Project Team and Purchasers on issues.
• Monitor township facilities and amenities for maintenance.
• Attend to purchasers’ complaints via various channels.
• Coordinate tender calls for township maintenance and approvals.
