Sime Darby Property is seeking a Finance professional to join a centralized control tower supporting the Chief Operating Officer (Township Development). You will drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to uphold financial discipline across townships.

You will consolidate data from diverse business units, prepare monthly management reports and strategic presentations for senior leadership, and monitor KPIs to deliver actionable insights for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience in FP&A, corporate planning, management reporting, budgeting or forecasting.
• Exposure to property development, real estate, construction, or related industries is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performance management reporting: monthly reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple units.
• Develop materials for Head of BU, senior management and Board meetings.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness of reporting deliverables.
• Forecasting & cash flow management: P&L and cash flow projections.
• Stakeholder partnering: coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing and other functions.
