Sime Darby Property is seeking a diligent professional to support the Manager, Resident Care across a group of Business Units in handover and defect rectification during the Defect Liability Period (DLP). Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in property development, construction or building management, preferably in handover, defect management or customer care.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate handover and defect rectification across Business Units according to SOP and SDP requirements.
• Support HOVP activities, including coordinating handover schedules and purchaser appointments.
• Register, track and follow up on defect complaints during the DLP and ensure contractor attendance.
• Arrange and attend joint site inspections and prepare inspection records with photos and findings.
• Compile daily/weekly progress and prepare KPI reports for management review.
• Attend purchaser enquiries and liaise with house owners on disputes and escalations.
• Coordinate with external and internal parties on day-to-day handover and rectification matters.
• Track handover and rectification expenses for the Resident Care budget and provide cost records.

Ausbildung

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Management or any relevant qualification in property development
