The role manages IT assets, coordinates with vendors and SI, and leads maintenance, procurement, budget, and contract management while driving innovative solutions including cybersecurity and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Recognized Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Minimum five years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Professional IT certifications.
• Strong knowledge of IT, TCS and TCSS.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Toll Collection System (TCS) and Traffic Control Surveillance System (TCSS) along E22 Highway.
• Monitor IT assets lifecycle and ensure upgrades meet standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and System Integrators for upgrades and compliance.
• Establish maintenance schedules and downtime reports.
• Oversee procurement, contracts and budget for IT, TCS and TCSS.
• Implement cybersecurity measures per NACSA/NCII standards.
• Prepare system performance and project progress reports to HODs.
