Senai-Desaru Expressway Berhad is seeking an experienced IT and Toll Systems Manager to lead the management of the Toll Collection System (TCS) and Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS) along the E22 highway, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent with appropriate discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or ICT within similar industry.
• Professional IT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Toll Collection System (TCS) and Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS) to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate IT, TCS, and TCSS strategies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, maintenance, and incident resolution.
• Oversee budget, procurement, contracts, and adherence to policies.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery preparations.
• Prepare reports on system performance and project progress.
