Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and ITSM/ITIL.
• Proficiency in server administration, network management, OS, storage, virtualization, DB and backup systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT asset lifecycle; ensure hardware/software alignment with needs.
• Enforce IT security policies and compliance standards to protect data and infrastructure.
• Lead IT projects to enhance collaboration between teams and improve port operations.
