Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior QA Lead to manage and deliver complex testing programs, coordinating across multiple teams and domains to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

You will define test strategies, develop test plans and cases, and oversee Functional, System, SIT, E2E, Automation, and API testing while coordinating UAT and defect management with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software Testing / QA for complex IT programs.
• Strong Manual and Automation testing expertise.
• Experience with UAT and cross-team coordination.
• Proficient in test planning, execution, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for complex IT programs, ensuring delivery within timelines.
• Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios and cases based on requirements.
• Perform and oversee Functional, System, SIT, E2E, Automation, and API Testing.
• Coordinate UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Act as SPOC for testing across teams and stakeholders.
• Review requirements and design docs to ensure adequate test coverage.
• Write, execute and maintain test scripts; lead defect management.
• Monitor end-to-end testing and defect lifecycles.
• Coordinate PST activities and SQL data validation.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, PMs for releases.
• Provide regular testing status, risks, issues, and readiness.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; ensure traceability.
• Support process improvements and automation practices.
• Support performance/stress and security testing as required.
