Job summary

PARK AND PARTNERS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Manager to lead the enterprise-wide testing strategy and quality engineering initiatives across large-scale corporate systems in Malaysia.

You will champion test automation, CI/CD integration, and continuous testing while building a modern Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE) and driving governance, metrics, and reporting for high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or Test Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale testing strategies within large organisations.
• Strong experience in driving Test Automation, Quality Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and ITIL.
• Experience building or leading a Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE) will be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise service management practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide testing strategy and quality engineering initiatives.
• Drive testing governance, quality standards, and release readiness across multiple business applications.
• Champion test automation, CI/CD integration, and continuous testing practices.
• Establish and grow a Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE).
• Define enterprise quality metrics, governance, and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure high standards across functional, integration, performance, security, and non-functional testing.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and service management teams.
• Manage external QA vendors and ensure delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement through defect analysis, quality assurance, and process optimisation.
