Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte. seeks an experienced QA lead to manage and deliver complex testing programs. You will drive end-to-end testing, develop test strategies, and coordinate UAT across multiple teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

You will oversee both manual and automated testing, write and execute test scripts, and manage defects through to closure, collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software testing/QA experience in complex IT programs.
• Strong manual and automation testing expertise; hands-on with Selenium or similar tools.
• Proven experience in functional, ST, SIT, E2E, API testing and UAT coordination.
• Experience with test planning, case design, execution, defect management and reporting.
• Familiar with test/defect management tools (JIRA, QC, RTC, RQM) and Agile/Waterfall methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for complex IT programs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Perform and oversee various testing types including UAT and automation.
• Coordinate testing across applications, teams, and domains; SPOC for testing.
• Review requirements and design docs for test coverage; write and maintain test scripts.
• Lead defect management, reporting, prioritization, and closure; monitor lifecycle.
