Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in testing, 3+ in leadership, and experience with JIRA, TestNG and Selenium, preferably in the Insurance domain. Strong communication and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software testing and quality assurance.
• At least 3 years in test management or leadership.
• Proficient in testing methodologies and tools like JIRA, TestNG.
• Experience in Insurance Industry.
• Hands-on with manual and automated testing.
• Familiar with Agile and waterfall environments.
• ISTQB/CTAL or similar certifications are advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the testing team with clear direction.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
• Plan and oversee functional, integration, system and UAT testing.
