Job summary

TrustDecision, a China-based provider of financial risk-control software expanding into the Southeast Asian banking market, is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead customer-side delivery teams and drive end-to-end project execution for bank customers.

You will manage on-site and remote teams, deliver SaaS or on-premises risk systems to production on time, on scope and within budget, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA and Security to ensure quality and

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience implementing financial risk systems for banks.
• 8+ years in IT project management.
• Proven track record delivering SaaS or on-premises platforms to production.
• Able to lead customer-facing implementations and manage cross-functional teams on site or remotely.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Mandarin fluency and/or local language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the full project lifecycle for bank customers: initiation, requirements, delivery, integration, UAT, go-live and handover.
• Act as SPOC between the client and internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RACI matrices and delivery artifacts.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues; manage change requests with impact analysis.
• Ensure delivery quality by overseeing testing, performance validation, security checks and UAT.
• Lead and mentor the implementation team; ensure knowledge transfer and documentation.
• Coordinate with compliance, audit and security stakeholders to provide evidence and remediation.
• Drive continuous improvement: capture lessons learned and refine playbooks.
