Senior Tender Executive (IT & Telecommunications)

We are looking for an experienced tender professional who can independently manage the preparation, compilation and submission of complete technical and financial tender documents for IT, ICT and telecommunications projects. This role requires practical ownership of the tender process and strong attention to detail.

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Monthly salary: RM5,000–RM7,500, depending on relevant experience and capability.

Key responsibilities

Review tender documents, specifications, eligibility criteria and submission instructions; prepare compliance checklists and submission schedules.

Independently prepare, compile and finalise both technical and financial/commercial tender submissions.

Coordinate with technical colleagues, suppliers, partners, finance and management to obtain technical inputs, quotations, pricing schedules and supporting documents.

Organise technical proposals, compliance responses, product information, bills of quantities and required attachments into a complete submission.

Consolidate approved costing and pricing inputs and check financial schedules for completeness, accuracy and consistency with the technical submission.

Track clarifications, addenda, signatures, approvals, document versions and deadlines; flag missing information and non-compliance early.

Complete final document checks and arrange timely submission in the required electronic or hard-copy format.

Maintain an organised tender library and support post-submission clarifications and project handover.

About you

Several years of hands-on tender experience in IT, ICT, telecommunications or a closely related technology sector.

Demonstrated ability to independently complete both technical and financial tender documentation with minimal supervision.

Ability to interpret tender requirements, coordinate inputs and manage several deadlines accurately.

Strong document preparation skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF tools.

Clear written communication, careful numerical checking and a structured approach to document control.
