VENTRADE TECHNOLOGY SDN.BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Tender Executive (IT & Telecommunications) to independently manage the preparation, compilation and submission of complete technical and financial tender documents for IT, ICT and telecommunications projects.

The role requires ownership of the tender process, strong attention to detail, and coordination with technical colleagues, suppliers and finance to produce compliant submissions and timely handovers.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on tender experience in IT/ICT/telecommunications.
• Ability to independently complete both technical and financial tender documentation.
• Ability to interpret tender requirements and manage multiple deadlines precisely.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, specifications, eligibility criteria and submission instructions.
• Prepare and finalise both technical and financial submissions.
• Coordinate with technical colleagues, suppliers, finance and management for inputs and pricing.
• Organise technical proposals, compliance responses, product information and attachments.
• Consolidate costing inputs and verify financial schedules against the technical submission.
• Track clarifications, addenda, signatures, approvals, document versions and deadlines.
• Complete final document checks and arrange timely submission in electronic or hard-copy format.
• Maintain an organised tender library and support post-submission handover.
