MFTECH Global (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Tender & ePerolehan to support and manage government tender operations. You will handle end-to-end tender activities and ensure compliance with ePerolehan requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in tender management, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and strong Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills. Role includes coordination with Finance, Operations, and Technical teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tender management or procurement.
• Mandatory experience in ePerolehan and government tenders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end tender process from prep to submission.
• Prepare, compile, review, and verify tender docs for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with ePerolehan and tender procedures.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Technical teams.
• Supervise and support junior tender staff.
• Prepare tender status reports and KPIs.
• Assist with post-award activities and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper records for tender activities.
