Job summary

X-giants International in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking a tender coordinator to manage and streamline our bidding process. You will coordinate submissions, liaise with Planning, Engineering, QA/QC, HSE and Production, and support business development through strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Building or Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in infrastructure or MRT/LRT construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, building, MRT/LRT or construction projects is preferred.
• Experience working with a Main Contractor is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of pre- and post-contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare and compile tender and bid submission documents.
• Organize and coordinate with internal departments throughout the tendering and contract review process.
• Liaise with Planning, Engineering, QA/QC, HSE and Production to gather required information for tender submissions.
• Assist the Business Development & Tender team in maintaining good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Review incoming tenders and monitor tender schedules, submission requirements and project timelines.
• Conduct research and gather tender information from various sources.
• Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and submitted before deadlines.
• Standardize tender documents to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
