Position : Senior Associate / Associate, Sourcing
Industry : Transportation and urban infrastructure
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9.00AM – 6.00PM)
Employment Type : 6 + 6 Month Contract
Salary Range : RM3,000 – RM6,000 (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
As a Senior Associate / Associate, Sourcing, you will support the procurement and tender evaluation process by ensuring smooth coordination, effective stakeholder management, and compliance with established governance standards.
This role offers excellent exposure to large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects, making it ideal for professionals seeking to grow their procurement and sourcing careers within a structured and dynamic environment.
Manage tender submissions and ensure controlled distribution to evaluation committees
Coordinate evaluation activities, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Consolidate and monitor tender clarifications, queries, and responses
Assist in preparing evaluation reports, approval papers, and management submissions
Ensure procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
Track procurement activities and monitor progress across multiple projects
Support governance, compliance, and integrity requirements throughout the procurement lifecycle
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of procurement initiatives
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
1-5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Tender Management, or a related field
Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
A team player with integrity and professionalism
